PREVENTIVE MAINTIANANCE INSPECTIONS
Gordon Contractors, Inc. is excited to introduce our inspection program. It affords Property Management, Building Owners, Building Engineers the opportunity to head off major repairs before they arise. This guardian plan keeps the smart Manager informed as to the current condition of the roof. In this day and age roofing repairs can become exorbitant. Doesn’t it make sense to have the latest information on the state of your roof before it’s too late?
The way it works is quite simple. We perform annual and semi-annual inspection services. We will send out a trained inspector to thoroughly analyze the condition of your roof. The inspector will carefully examine the entire roof and a report will then be prepared for you. This report will include the current status of the roof, repairs that require immediate attention and areas of potential concern in the near future. The service will also maintain records of each inspection, thus affording you a history of the condition of the roof as well as any maintenance performed over the life of the contract.
The cost for these inspections is minimal, depending on the size of the roof. And, unlike most insurance policies, this one allows you to apply the premium to any work performed, as special discounts are offered to you as a Gordon Contractor customer. In addition to reducing the amount of emergency services required on your building, being a Gordon customer will put you in a priority position in the unlikely event of just such a situation.
EVEN NEW ROOFS NEED INSPECTIONS

Just like buying a new car, a new roof does require periodic routine and preventive maintenance. As we’re sure you know most manufacturers now require that you perform scheduled inspections on new roofs to keep the warranty intact. Most manufacturers are calling for two inspections per year. Minor problems can be diagnosed and corrected before they become major problems. Material defects can also be seen before they cause major tenant headaches. We now offer just such a service for all new commercial roofs.
